lost all emals that i have saved

lost all emals that i have saved over the years . Thay have disapeard from my acount since been hacked some inportent how can i get them back .NOTHING SHOWING ON THE ACOUNT ITS LIKE A NEW ONE

Check the deleted items folder & the archive folder to see if they're there.
If you're looking via the sky email website & there's nothing in any of the folders then you may need to contact Sky to see if they can be recovered. Usually if they've been deleted from the server then they cannot be recovered.

If checking via an email client then check the settings to see if 'Hide emails older than x days' is selected, if it is then change this to show all emails or similar.

I doubt you have been hacked as it might be that what has happened happens to plenty and that is the emails disappear for no reason.

This has just happened to my sons emails have you been able to restore all your saved emails? If yes how did you do it?
