Notice of dark web accessing credentials from Nord VPN

Just had a message from Nord VPN saying my credentials are exposed on the dark web . Another of my Yahoo accounts had been compromised the last time there were issues. Been trying to change my password, have sent requests to reset and nothing has appeared in my inbox or junk folders . How can I change my passwords without a reset link ?

From memory, there's an alternative option you can select which requires you to give some memorable information. If that's not available to you either, give Sky a call.

If this is a Yahoo email account and not a Sky one then make sure you are using the correct link to change the password as you would need to use the Yahoo one and not the Sky one if as per your post it is your Yahoo account that this has happened to.
