      <description>&lt;P&gt;The two step verification code is sent by text to the mobile number you used when you activated it. Is that what you mean?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So far as I'm aware, your mobile isn't involved when you reset or update your password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yes it says "weve sent a 6 digit code to" then shows the last three digits of a mobile number that i no longer have&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you kept a separate note of your Recovery Code, as Sky recommended when you set up 2 step verification you can use it now to turn it off.&lt;/P&gt;

Can you log into your Sky account here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do log in as above, what happens if you select Yahoo mail from the drop down menu under your name in the top right hand corner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Were you using 2FA before you changed the password, and were the codes going to the correct phone number?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
