I can’t access my @sky.com email ac.

I am trying to access my @Sky.com ac, worked fine yesterday? Can't access through my phone or my yahoo ac.

everything takes me back to a sky help page.

i have been on to technical support for over an hour and no one can help,

any idea or a uk help number for yahoo would be great,

i also tried live chat with yahoo which directed me to a link to pay????? Tia

Yahoo support will refer you back to Sky as it's a Sky Yahoo Mail account

@Mark39 no that just tells me I can't create a new sky email. So frustrated, I have tried every link possible????

I have that email address forever all my emails go it!!!!!! 😦

@caesarome Emails were coming through and working fine Tuesday evening.

dint know when I actually logged in on yahoo as set up on my phone.
