    <description>&lt;P&gt;Either you've entered it incorrectly, or you didn't use your Sky Yahoo mail address as the user id for those organisations.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're using your email address as a user id, there's no validation carried out other than to check that it's what you originally used when you created the user id.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
