Can’t attach anything

Hi. Suddenly today I can't attach anything to my emails. Had this many years never happened before. Looked on settings to clear cache and no option there. I'm iPhone. Can anyone help please

Are you logging into the Sky website onto your phone or are you using an app ?

If you are logging into the Sky website what web browser are you using ?

Hi. I've tried both yahoo app and sky. I sign in through google. Nothing seems to work. For years I've had this and never a problem. I read clear cache but when I go into yahoo settings clear cache option isn't there

I've not actually got the yahoo app! So in view of what you said I've now got the app and it appears to work! So thank you for that!

When it s suggested you clear cache, that is in the browser you use to access your Sky email (assuming you do log in at https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email)

It is not in the settings for Sky|Yahoo.

This is how you do it in Chrome, other browsers will be similar.
