&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In those circumstances, you'll need to contact Sky. However, I suspect it will be problematic finding an adviser who knows what needs to be done to help you. From Sky's help:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;"&lt;STRONG&gt;Lost your recovery code and mobile number&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;? You will not be able to access your account until you prove you own it by other means. This is part of the protection Two Step Verification provides, and because of the added security it could take up to 21 days to get access again."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
