      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have received no emails today via Outlook.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I logged into my Sky/Yahoo email account there were emails there, so something has gone wrong.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The emails are showing up on my mobile phone (which is not Outlook).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I opened Outlook a little while ago on my laptop I got a pop up message from Yahoo! which I have never seen before - it didnt ask for a password but did offer me the option to create an account (which I don't need as I already have one).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Now it is just "syncronising bulk mail" non stop, (for the past 10 minutes) and showing "Send/Receive" error.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I cannot do anything on Outlook.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced this issue today?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Hmm. I use Outlook 2019 on desktop and it works fine with Sky Yahoo Mail, using a generated password. It doesn't look like a generic issue on the Sky/Yahoo side. I know another Community member who posts here regularly and also uses Outlook.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So it looks like the OAuth sign-in window was being triggered by some change on the IMAP or SMTP server. The setup had been working fine for over a year, but once I forced the IMAP and SMTP to tools.sky.com domains specifically in teh settings, it started working again. Strange!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You need an app specific password from Sky, this is the address&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps&lt;/A&gt;, but it will only work for 15 minutes before you lose connection again. The you either get a new app specific password, or you wait a few hours, then you will get a short connection every now and again. Sky really don't seem care about it, as they spend no money on their e-mail service, as Yahoo is "not their problem". They are tyring to push you all to go to a different e-mail provider, but they won't reduce your monthly invoice. I have now moved away from Sky, and can you believe the amount of marketing attention I get now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
