Ny sky email

My sky email was hacked and i have spoken with a sky advisor and they helped me to change the password. I managed to get into my sky email and i can send email to someone but i dont receive any from anyone at all.

I dont know what i can do as i tried so many things. Can someone help please?

Typically,a hacker will set up a filter to divert your incoming email elsewhere. Look under Settings then More Settings then Filters and make sure there's nothing there.

You'll need to log in online via Sky.com, rather than via an app to do this.

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
