my email got hacked all my emails have disappeared and now they have gotten access to my shopping account I want this cancelled as they r now costing me money this yahoo is a joke very unsecure .

Not sure what you mean by your shopping account but if that is another site then you need to change your details on it to kick them out.

As for your Sky email account do this:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

@pegasus3710 the reality is that you almost certainly gave away your login credentials by entering them into a fake website designed to look like. Sky login page. Or you have a weak password.

There haven't been security breaches at Yahoo for some considerable time (they used to be fairly regular).
