certain emails are not coming through and at the bottom says sky error plus it takes ages to check for emails

i am desperatly waiting for an email they have sent several times and not in my junk etc

Are you using an email app? Which one? Can you log in and see the emails you're expecting here: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

I am getting emails now but it still says sky error add password but when I do the message still says the same

I was using my mail until issues so changed to iPhone mail yahoo as my feed
