    <description>&lt;P&gt;What you are describing is a known problem on Apple Mail and iOS devices, but shouldn't be happening&amp;nbsp;on the others.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I doubt it will make any difference, but you could try using the Yahoo servers instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;imap.mail.yahoo.com and smtp.mail.yahoo.com.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some time now my wife and I &amp;nbsp;have been experiencing problems accessing incoming email on Sky email accounts need help resolving this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We access our email on a number of devices - Outlook 365 on PC,&amp;nbsp; plus Android and iOS devices.&amp;nbsp; All run up to date versions of software.&amp;nbsp; We use IMAP to access our mails via the imap.tools.sky.com server.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Our broadband is provided by Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Quite regularly our devices are not able to contact the IMAP server.&amp;nbsp; This happens on all devices.&amp;nbsp; This can go on for hours at a time.&amp;nbsp; When this happens other Internet services are fine.&amp;nbsp; Please help us fix this problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
