STOLEN E-MAIL ADDRESS

My sky e - mail address has been stolen by a scammer who has changed the PW. How can I get it back or is it a lost cause? Is it better to just delete the account? How can this be done?

Are you able to change the password on it so it is back to one you want:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

The reset email should go the one on your Sky account here so is this correct:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

@WHTON scammmers often delete the personal information that might be required to allow you to reset your password. If you can't do it yourself, Sky will be able to do it for you once they've verified your identity.

You could activate two step verification to prevent this happening again.
