all sub folders deleted

my sub folders are all missing from Yahoo mail. I recently moved all my email, etc, to a new computer which I will be using after Christmas. When I went onto my email there was no sub folders in my Yahoo account, on the new and the old computer, there is some important folders in there, but where have they gone? I have checked all deleted spam archive etc, but cannot find them, is this because I moved things on the new computer, bearing in mind they are not on the new or old computer

Hi thank you for your reply, but no the folders did not show up and I already tried missing emails, but I only got what was missing from 7 days in from inbox

If the folders are not online then they are gone for good I'm afraid as sadly issues like this do happen with Yahoo which is why it is worth setting up an alternative email address at somewhere like Outlook or Gmail as use it instead of your Sky one.
