Sky's Yahoo.com email

Morning all,

So tried to acess my Sky yahoo.com email this morning from the Yahoo site and it used to transfer to the sky email page and then onto the yahoo mail page, but it today it said that my account no longer exisited.

I can still access my emails through the sky website - but i assume if i left sky i would no longer be able to access this email address.

I see that people have been having issues with emails for past month, but haven't seen this question posed.

Thanks in advance for any clues on what is going on & how to possible resolve it.

When was the last time you logged into your account via the Sky website ?

If you are able to access your emails via the Sky site here:https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email there is no problem.

Why would you want to go to Yahoo first?
