&lt;P&gt;When you signed up to 2FA you were given a recovery code so if you didn't make a note of it then check the email you were also sent.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To turn off 2FA sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you set up 2 step verification the Recovery Code was displayed on screen with a recommendation that you made a separate note of it, for exactly that reason. I'm guessing you didn't do that. &lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, they say it can take up to 21 days to sort it out.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Alternatively you may be able to get around it if you download and use an email app to access your email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very sorry to hear about the loss of your son, problems accessing email is definitely&amp;nbsp;something you don't need on top of that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What operating system do you have on your computer as it should be possible to take you through installing&amp;nbsp;an app/client to access your email, and assuming you haven't deleted it, access the email with the recovery code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What mobile phone do you have, Android or iOS? If you use an app such as Outlook on that you should also be able to gain access to the email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
