not getting attachments but email indicates there is one

i used to get an icon to click and download an attachment but i'm not getting that anymore, although the email listing shows a gallery looking icon indicating an attachment (in old settings this shows as the paperclip)

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.
