Cannot gain access to Yahoo email account

When trying to access my emails on my laptop, Sky informs me that it is no longer able to ''create 'a new enail address' and I am directed to sky.com for tv / mobie / bills etc. All I want to do is access my Yahoo email account to read/send emails.

Can you access it on another device? When was the last time you accessed it successfully?

Hi Mark39, they come up on my mobile but not my laptop, last accessed it via the laptop was yesterday.

No, it brings up the following message:

You can no longer create a new Yahoo Mail account via Sky.

Does the same happen if you via this link:

https://www.sky.com/mysky

Then select the drop down menu from your name and select Yahoo email ?

Prior to yesterday when was the last time you logged into it so do you access it on a regular basis ?

When using your computer, try using your browser's privacy/incognito mode, or try clearing your browser cache (with all Sky web pages closed down).

When trying to log into my yahoo sky email account it takes me to a page saying I cannot create a new sky email account. I'm not trying to do that!

This morning I opened my Sky Yahoo email account on my Samsung android phone. No problem, read them all , deleted some, kept some, logged out.

This afternoon tried to open again and put in my email address and clicked NEXT only to be given the message ..."Sorry you can no longer create a new email account via Sky" "This area is temporarily unavailable , sorry for any inconvenience" I DONT WANT A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT!

I have retried for a couple of hours now but getting the same message. I have held this email account for years, does anyone know what is going on?

Are you logging in here: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Try the link after closing all Sky websites and clearing your browser cache (cookies, history, stored pages etc)

Thanks for the reply. I just tried logging out of Yahoo and logging back in again. I then had to do the two step verification but for the moment that seems to have solved the problem, and I have access to my mail now.

Just went to use my sky yahoo email and it a different page is coming up saying no one can register now and existing members can still use by logging in but it said use top left to sign in but nothing there and i cant access any of my emails now, ive tried everything but no where to sign in apart from signing in to sky but not email

Same thing happening to me with same messages. Seems to be happening since my windows update couple of days ago. Is Sky pulling out of yahoo link?

When I try to log into my email I've suddenly got the message -

sorry you can no longer create a new email account. This area is temporarily unavailable. Sorry for any inconvenience.

it was working at lunch time and stopped about 3pm. Can anyone advise?
