google chrome shortcut yahoo mail

When I tap my shortcut to yahoo mail on google chrome, I get a box that says I cannot have a new e-mail account with sky. The only way I can read my mail is to open my sky account,sign in and open yahoo mail, all a lenghty process, and google chrome does not offer me the option to save the password.

Please can anyone help.

Its an issue with yahoo mail for the last few days.

Have you tried using Microsoft Edge

Mine was not working yesterday morning and this morning but is all ok but Sky are denying there is anything wrong.It is not affecting everybody.
