Sky.com not working

Hi I have a sky.com email account and using IPhone 12 Mail app to read mails.
For some unknown reason I have stopped getting mail on this account and I have not been able to recall my password for the account. (It's been changed so many times due to this issue). I ask to reset my password on the sky app and it is sending the link to my Sky.com account which I don't receive. I also can't recall the significant date (it was about 15 years ago!)

is there anyway to have my password reset and retrieve all my docs that I had saved in my emails ?

If you're unable to reset your password yourself, you'll need to give Sky a call.

Do you have a recovery email address set upon your account as that is where the reset email should go to ?
