      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do you access your emails, do you login to the Sky website is so try clearing your web browsers cache then close down the browser before trying again.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to settings then type in cache and clear whatever you want. You should be able to leave the login one ticked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
