reopen old email account

Hi,

My partner has a sky email account that is linked to his Facebook and he has now been loged out of facebook and the only way he can get back on is though his email , but sky wont let him log in as his account is old and not been used in about 10 years. Is there anything he can do to get it all back working?

Any help would be good.

If he can't log in here, I would imagine his Sky Yahoo Mail account has been deleted and is irretrievable, I'm afraid.

If the account was last used 10 years ago it would have been closed by Sky so is there no way Facebook can help here by changing the registered email address at the very least ?
