I have had an email to say that my account will close in 48 hours. I just need to know if it is a scam before I press anything. This is whatbit say:- FINAL REMINDER Dear user, We are closing all old versions of our Mailbox as of today, Please follow the link below to update your account. UPDATE NOW This link is active for 48hrs and is only valid once. Failure to do this. Your account will be closed. Thanks, The Sky Account Team. Privacy Policy | Customer Support

Yes, it's an attempt to scam you. There are no 'old' versions of your mailbox. Just mark it as spam and otherwise ignore it.

Change your password via this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

And consider setting up to 2 step authentication which means that everytime you login to your online email account and code will be sent to your mobile:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

If you do then make a note of the recovery code as you will need this should you ever want torn this off.
