My partner has recently sent me emails from her Hotmail account. None of them have arrived. + 2 other friends also have sent emails via hotmail and nothing has arrived. Other sources seem to working fine. The issue seems to be with hotmail to sky. Anyone else has this problem & any ideas how to fix it.? I can sent emails to her without a problem but if she 'replies' i get nothing.

As test I sent myself an email from my hotmail address and it has not arrived.

Repeated the test from an outlook address, and that was received, but went into spam.

Tried another from hotmail, but also not received.

So it does look like there are problems with hotmail addresses, so it's not just you.

No help resolving the problem though.

Interestingly, almost 24 hours later, I had the following undeliverable messages stating the delivery failed. This was the message.

.

So it does appear Sky are just ignoring emails from Hotmail.
