I've been unable to sign in to my Sky (Yahoo) email for days now using my internet browser. Anyone know how to fix this ?

What is happening when you try to sign in as you haven't said ?

I enter my email address & password. This generates a six digit code which I receive as a text message. I then enter the code & then get This page isn't working. HTTP ERROR 500'

Any thoughts?

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again.
