On the log in screen select "can't sign in with the code" and then enter the recovery code given to when you turned on 2FA.

When you first set up the 2 step authentication the recovery code was sent to you in an email.

As @caesarome posted, it was emailed to you. It was also displayed on screen for you to acknowledge before the 2FA set up was completed.

Looked through all my emails and no luck finding the 2fa code.
Need to find another way or contact Sky direct

From previous posts, I'm not sure that Sky will be able to help, I'm afraid. The only alternative I know of, is to use an email app rather than the web version via sky.com
