cant access my second email account

Ive been with Sky for years and have two email accounts hosted ion yahoo e..g

mainacc @sky.com

secondacc @Sky.com

My main account is all fine.

My second account (which I dont regularly access) has disappered and I cant add it as an account either.

This second account is I beleive receiving emails I would like to see.

Whats going on?

When did you last login to it ?

What happens if you try to log in to the second account here:

Try doing it in a different browser to the one you normally use.
