Sky Yahoo e mail ‘locked’

As of July 8th I cannot get access to my Sky Yahoo e mails. Have spoken to Sky who reckon, after passing me around for 2 hours that my emails , of which there are probably now 200ish are now lost and not accessible any longer! Surely this is not correct advise? Sky admit 'locking' the acc but cannot advise how to get back in!! Help

Unfortunately it appears that stumbling across a Sky adviser who know what to do to unlock email accounts is a bit of a gamble. I assume they weren't able to unlock it? If so, I'm afraid you''ll need to try again and hopefully encounter a more knowledeable adviser.

Assuming you have been given a phone number to ring, that will be the best way to get it unlocked, but you will need to pass security at their end.
