Backing up emails

After losing access to my emails but now regaining access, does anyone know if there is a mechanism to create a separate back up of my sky.com emails and email folder contents? (I can see for example that if someone has a gmail email account there is an option to get a zip file sent to you with all historic emails and then set it up to receive backups regularly). I just wondered how if sky has a similar solution?

I don't think such as option exists via Sky Yahoo email as it is pretty basic.

You could download them all to a program like Outlook/Windows Mail/Thunderbird by using the POP settings.

@kate007 no built-in backup for Sky Yahoo Mail. My solution is as @caesarome posted: use POP to download into Outlook, then backup the PST file.
