Email hacked help

My email has been hacked and the hacker has changed my password and memorable information. Is there a phone number I can call to stop my email, im not a sky account holder o just use their email

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Then logout and change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

You will need to get the account holder to change the memorable information.
