Can’t reset Sky yahoo password. Forgotten answer to security question. Help

Yahoo email has been suspended I think. Ignored a prompt to reset account as I thought it was a scam. Retrospective use of links suggests password compromised and I can't reset PW as the only option is to answer a security question that I have forgotten the answe to. Conscious that I need to stop scammers access to my data. Any ideas before I loose a day in a queue for Sky call !

If you have a backup email address added to your account then you can reset your password via that instead of answering the question:

Also, if you can log in here: https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details, you can reset the security question.
