Not sure you can, you could copy the email to a notepad file and send that as attachment or forward the actual email to the recipient.

You can't send an email directly as an attachment.

You could copy the content into a Word document (or another text editor) and attach it

Or you could take a screenshot of the email and paste it it to a new email, or attach it as a picture

Or you could simply forward the email.

I don't think it's possible to attach an email. You could forward it, with some covering text.
