Yahoo mail problem

I am running Windows vista on my desktop computer and I've never had a problem getting onto my sky email account until about a fortnight ago when all it does is buffers.I I have cleared all cash cookies etc tried three different browsers all without success is there something that sky have changed in the last two or three weeks anyone else having problems.I can access my emails no problem on my mobile hand laptop but just not happening on my desktop.

Nope, nothing Sky has done. Are you using an email app? If so, which one?

I dont sign in with any apps usally just use sky login page .

No there have been no changes that should cause a problem, as evidenced by the fact the laptop is working.

I would seriously consider getting the Vista desktop onto a supported operating system, maybe even linux, depending on what else you use it for.

@A.Ho you could try your browser's incognito/privacy mode in case there's still a cookie lurking. Or try uninstalling and reinstalling your browser.
