LANDING IN TRASH

My mail is landing in the trash rather than inbox. Noticed first in Outlook but same in Yahoo.

Anyone any ideas?

Via your online account go to Settings > More Settings > Filters, if anything is here then delete it. If there was something there then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Then logout and change your password:
