I have just noticed that when I compose an e-mail it would seem that the words sky support is now part of my e-mail address. How can I remove the words Sky Support

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And you should be able to edit your reply email address here if it is wrong.

I would just add that if Sky Support has been added to your email address, your email may have been compromised by scammers.

Change your password, just in case, and check no filters have been setup or your reply to address changed.

Better safe than sorry.
