Are you certain it's from Sky because that is a regular scam route. These scams normally tell you that you have to update before a certain cut off date. DO NOT click on any link within the email.

This is a scam email you have been sent because others are being sent these as well as you can see here:

Delete this email or mark it as spam so or gets deleted and do the same should you be sent anymore.

Do not do what it asks you to do.
