not in the Uk and not using a VPN

seen several on the comunity in the last month with the same issue and no clear solution that i can see

It's probably related to your public IP address. You could try leaving your router turned off for 30 minutes or so, which may give you a new public IP address when you restart it. Otherwise, as advised in the help article here, you'll need to contact Sky. Contact options via the 'still need help' button.

Are you outside the UK? Mine did that, I fixed it using a VPN.
