I am not receiving emails from hotmail addresses

I have recently disconvered, due to missing two important emails that my email is not showing any emails that are sent to me from hotmail email addresses. They are not in trash or spam they're just not there.

But even stranger is when i put in a search at the top with the email address of the sender it shows on the right hand side that it knows that email address sent two emails to me but they're not anywhere for me to see them.

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

Are you using an email app? If so, try logging in directly via your browser and see if they're in your Inbox there: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

they werent but i've managed to find them in my spam folder - frustrating because the search function at the top of the mailbox couldnt find them but i tested with another friend and managed to find them.
