I want to download my e maiols form my yajhoo account into an outlook account. However it keeps asking for my IMPA password which I do not have. Please advise

Can you explain a little better just what you want to do.

If you are being asked for an IMAP server/password it sounds like you are setting up Sky email in an Outlook client/app, not an Outlook account.

If you are using the Outlook prigrsm

or app then all you should need to do is to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of the usual password it uses, you can you can generate the 16 digit password here:

I have just reinstalled Sky Yahoo Mail but I am being advised when I sign in that my IMAP password is wrong. The virtual assistant is no use because I can't see the respons from it

I am not using Outlook. I have just installed the Sky Yahoo Mail app but when I try to sign in I am told that my IMAP password is wrong. I am using an iPad

No idea what virtual assistant you are refering to.

If you are being told your IMAP password is wrong, try generating a password and using that.
