I cannot log in to my inbox on Yahoo. I get a message saying there's a problem with my account, so I can't view emails. Are there any HUMAN BEINGS at Sky who I can TALK TO for heaven's sake?

Of course there are. What problem are you having when you call?

What exactly does the error message say? Does it give you the number to call for help?

Does the message ask you to call Sky because if it does then you will need to do this as it might be your account has been locked for security reasons.
