Accessing Sky Yahoo email on Iphone

My wife suddenly cannot access her email on her phone but she still can on her IPad. She sees the following when she opens the app on her phone but it will not let her open her account - any ideas as to what she should do ?

Can she access her emails via this link:

If she can what happens is she selects the sign in with Yahoo link ?

looks like an unconfigured Yahoo app. What happens when she uses the "Sign in with Yahoo" option wirh her Sky credentials?

When she clicks on yahoo she puts her sky email address in but clicked on forgotten password

It states Bad request your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

@blackdog55 she could try resetting her password via the webmail link in @caesarome's post, rather than the app.

When she tried that link it is saying

(Sorry we do not recognise your username or password .)

I am the main account holder and I can access my emails fine .

If your wife is an additional user on your account, her email address will be completely separate to yours.

Can she sign in here with her Sky email address and password?

Hi Jayach

Under my details it lists her but with just a gmail account.

she tries to sign in with her sky email address as her username

She hasn't got her password so we press forgot password hoping it will send an activation code to her email address but it fails to find the email address or her mobile number.

She can access her sky yahoo emails on her ipad

If she goes here (I suggest doing it on a Desktop browser) https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/email

and enters her Sky email address, she should be given an option to reset her password, and the reset link should be sent to the Gmail address.

For this error you need to clear all your cookies and clear your cache, then close down and reload the browser.
