Hi, I am tryig to access my email account and when i try and log in it justr says the account has been locked

Does the message give you a number to call for it to be unlocked?

yes but ive tried calling but they wont let me unlock my emails as my mum is the account holder of sky.

Your Mum will need to call Sky then as that is the only way they will be able to do it as they will need to talk to the account holder. I had the very same issue a few years ago and it took three calls before I managed to talk to someone who knew what to do so don't be surprised if she doesn't get anywhere with the first call.

That really shouldn't be the case.
