Sky/yahoo keeps blocking my password reset for my qvc and tesco accounts with this message

Your email administrator has configured this prevention system to ensure against such damage.

No I can access any of my accounts how do I stop this

Thay doesn't look like the full message, as it refers to something not explained - 'such damage'.

Also, is there an error reference number?

I haven't seen that before and I don't know where the intervention from Cisco is coming from, to be honest. If you're using an app, you could try logging in via sky.com using your browser to see if the same happens via that route.

As @Mark39 try using the webmail. https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email

It sounds like you may be on a corporate system that is blocking access to Sky's SMTP server.

I have tried that and it makes no difference. I just don't understand why it's doing it or how to reset my password now.

I think we need more information on just what is happening.

How are you requesting the password resets, and just where is the message appearing?

Looking at the screenshot you posted, that is being generated by the Wi-Fi network you are connected to. Try doing it when only connected to the mobile network, or your home Wi-Fi.

I really don't think it has anything to do with Sky.
