      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not clear how this involves Sky? Access to a Virgin email address is something you would need to sort out with Virgin.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is nothing to do with Sky as it is Virgin who you need to be contacting to see if your email address is still activate with them, if it isn't then you should beware that it isn't possible to get an email address with Sky so if you need a new one just set one up at Gmail.com which is run by Google so it is tied to companies like Virgin or Sky.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That sounds more like a scam email so just delete it as nobody can do anything to your account as nonsense like that is sent to scare you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
