Lack of Yahoo emails

Using windows 10 mail i do not receive all my emails, another email provider I use works fine with windows 10. I appear to receive all my yahoo mail adding Yahoo Mail to my iphone 8. I have carried out all the advice using fixing issues with Yahoo Mail; Help, My Sky - iphone app without success. If I wish to reply to an email using windows 10 I forward the email from my iphone to windows 10 device. Eventually it gets there whereupon I complete my task. Have spoken to Sky advisor using telephone dialing 150, informed similiar advice as per fixing issues. This seems to be going for a while when Sky changes to Sky/Yahoo. Ideas??

There is an ongoing fault with the Mail app on the lines of Windows 10 and as yet Microsoft are yet to fix it.

Although there is a problem with Windows 10/11 Mail, I don't think this is due to it.

When in Windows Mail, do you have "all" set rather than unread?

The other possibility is you have "focused inbox" so check if that is the case.

However on my setup it says that can't be applied to my Sky account. (although it can be set on Outlook for mobile, which is from the same team as Windows Mail and causes just what you are describing.)

Thank you for your reply. As mentions previously when I use gmail with windows 10 mail all transanctions works fine?

As mentioned the reason it works with Gmail is because there is an ongoing fault with the Windows Mail app only that needs to be fixed by Microsoft. The gmail app is from Google so is not effected.
