Is there a problem with logging onto your normal account today, it just keeps constantly loading but nothing happens

emails have been ok and it's managed to log me in for this chat so not sure what's going on with the regular account

You mean your Sky account?

Where are ypu trying to log in - via the app? Or via sky.com?

Yes I do mean my normal account at sky.com logging in from my laptop as I normaly would.

The 'My Sky' phone app seems to be ok though but don't think I can access what i need to do via that

Try clearing your browser cache (cookies etc) or using its privacy/incognito mode, or try using a different browser.
