I have a sky.com email address and have for a number of years but recently when i send an email the reply goes to a sky.aol address which i ahve never created or have access to - any help?

I presume you access your emails via the Sky Website, if so go to settings - more settings - mailboxes - your email account and remove any email address you don't know that appears in the reply to box. Once done this save the change then change you login password that you can do here:

Your account has probably been compromised. (did you follow any links in an email asking you to verify/update your email)

After changing your password, check carefully for any other changes that the scammers may have made, especially under filters.
