Corrupted emails

Perviously I have had my Sky mail, and separate Yahoo mail acconts accessable and usable in Win 10 mail.

Windows 10 Mail is a Sky recommended Email app, and I have been using it for my Sky Yahoo email since I had Sky Email. However, just rcentley I have been reciiving many messages with unreadable raw data, and also messages that says to download messages and pictures, which do not open. As such, I have had to go to the sky web site and log in to see the mail content.

I have also not been able to re-install my original Yahoo account on Win 10 mail, as deep inside Yahoo info, I see that they have stopped using that as an access point, and now have to log into Yahoo to access them.

So, what is the problem with my corrupted sky Email messages, and could I use 365 Outlook , (or other), to access both Sky and Yahoo Email accounts on one platform?

Yes, the issue with Windows Mail has been reported before. Until Microsoft get around to fixng it, either log in via sky.com or use an alternative app or client.

Yes Outlook works fine providing youmuse an app password instead of your Sky password. The Yahoo app also works providing you select 'other' and set up your Sky Yahoo Mail account manually.

Thanks for info. I have separated both mails and now have Sky mail in Outlook. and Yahoo as stand alone in Yahoo.
