More Settings button

I need to change my return address on sky yahoo email as I've been scammed and they've changed it. I click on Settings but the isn't a 'more Settings' button showing so I can't correct it.

Thank you for your reply. @jayach On my iPad, same on iPhone though. The settings button is top left on this and no sign of the more settings button.

The more settings option appears to only shown when logged in via a PC (and perhaps also a Mac) as it isn't appearing when using a Ipad or iPhone.

Do you have access to a PC that you could access your Sky email account on ?

It's probably because you are using the mobile version of the webpage, try using the desktop version.

That doesm't work on Chrome on IOS, only Safari by the looks of it.

What web browser are you using on IOS, is it Safari, if so try what @jayach has posted about changing to desktop view.

Desktop mode should be available in all browsers, see here for Android (and probably Chrome on iOS)

Takes a bit of finding on Chrome as it is pretty hidden but desktop view can be found via Settings > Content Settings > Defaut site view.

@jayach @caesarome I have just tried changing to desktop on my iPad and it still doesn't show the more setting button in the settings drop down list! Next step, trying on a friends PC. Watch this space 😂

Do you have a mobile phone you could download Chrome on to see if you can then see the desktop option ?

Tried and still the same also tried safari desktop on iPhone and no different. I'll have to wait till I can use a friends PC but don't know when that will be.

Try Google Chrome on your phone as all things being well this should work.

Settings > Content Settings > Defaut site view.
