Yahoo site problems with changing password

The Yahoo site appears to have problems. I wanted to generate and app password to use my sky email on my phone. The option didn't appear in my list of options.I then clicked on 'change password' and got the following error:

I don't want to change my password - but I do want to be able to add Sky to my android phone, and this site isn't acknowledging my request to Microsoft.

Please help!

This is the link you need to use to generate a 16 digit password so is this what you are trying to use:

https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

@Writer28 if this is a Sky Yahoo Mail account, it's Sky's password generator you need to use, not Yahoo's. Try the link in @caesarome's post.

Please ignore - I'd forgotten about that multi digit passcode nonsense. How are people expected to learn this stuff. The first time this happened, Sky\Yahoo let me know by locking me out of my account until I googled and found out what they were up to. Very annoying - it looks like they have just done the same again.
